You may return any unopened orders within 7 days of receipt for a refund. We'll issue a refund as soon as we receive the returned order. Please bear in mind shipping costs are non-refundable.
While we make every effort to package our products in a way that they arrive safely at your doorstep, accidents do occur, so if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at hello@anopensketchbook.com with a photo showing the damage(s) and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
